7. Account Closure & Suspension

• After an extended period of inactivity (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or law enforcement agency.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn, but bonus balance will be forfeited. To close your account, please contact our support team.

For inactive accounts, an admin fee of ৳100 per month may be charged after 12 months of inactivity. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
